Corn Roast Saturday!

We will be celebrating with a corn roast this Saturday. Come on out and enjoy the market, while sampling our roasted corn, courtesy of Hunter and Cranberry Hall Farms. We'll be behind the grill from 9:00 until the corn runs out. The chefs will be preparing wonderful fall specialties of sweet potato chips and spinach salad with sweet potato croutons. Remember to get their recipe secrets before leaving.

As fall approaches, so do the wonderful fall crops. You can still enjoy the summer produce and fall produce at the same time. Fenwick Manor Farm will be with us on Saturday with their beautiful handwoven, hand-crafted products. Busy Bee Farm and Green Cow Studio will also be at the market, selling their many varieties of honey and hand-made soaps.

If you come to the market hungry, remember to stop by Jimmie's BBQ for a delicious and quick lunch of chicken, ribs or hot dogs, while enjoying live music by Home Cookin Bluegrass. Remember, we'll have live music every week until the market closes on October 27th. And Griggstown can help you with your dinner dilemmas. Their chicken pot pies and fruit pies make great meals.
