It's Labor Day weekend already! We've had a great summer at the County's Farmers Market as we prepare to head into the Fall. Our agricultural vendors still have plenty of their summer fruits and vegetables available while they prepare to bring in their fall line of crops. The Durr Farm is ready with their gala apples. Edwards' Christmas Tree Farm, our new vendor, will be joining our market this Saturday. They will be selling their broom corn wreaths & swags, painted pumpkins & gourds, dried floral wreaths & arrangements and wheat weaving.
Our favorite chefs, Nick & Nick will be preparing something delicious as usual, for your sampling. Make sure you stop by for a taste!
Our Farmers' Market Music Series will run from this Saturday until the end of October. Come and enjoy the music of Arpeggio Jazz Ensemble on Saturday. There will also be face painting for the children from 8:30 until 1:00.
So make Saturday your grocery day and eat fresh and in-season at the Burlington County Farmers Market. Don't forget to tell you neighbors, friends and co-workers about the market. See you soon!
